    Hi guys
I thought I will bring up two things.
1st of all I thought I would defend the world indoor championships over world or national records. In my humble opion isn’t better in 5, 10, 20 years time to say I am a world gold medallist than to say I was a world record holder, because a medal lasts forever and a record WILL get beating eventually (unless it’s an East German one). So even if it’s a world championships that don’t always mean much isn’t still better than most world records.
and secondly I thought I would add even if a running magazine doesn’t give running in houses podcast it’s due then the Running Awards does by having your podcast nominated http://therunningawards.com/vote/27/36#vote

    Kind regards
